Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and cozy with very cold and quiet AC, but they definitely didn't match the advertised photos on the website. The hotel does offer Wi-Fi, though. The staff's service varied from somewhat rude to very nice and helpful, even going beyond the call of duty, especially the driver. The location was convenient for visits to the American consulate and medical appointments, but changing rooms three times was a hassle. The dining options were good and close to other stores and restaurants, but the food was served cold. Overall, there were positives and negatives to consider during my stay.
